The Losavios: 11/20/11
Due to the coming Thanksgiving holiday, I decided to go ahead and make this a double post day because I really wanted to showcase the portrait session I did with The Losavio family along with the one I published earlier. The Losavios are friends of mine, and they wanted some new family photos done, especially for their daughters Joey and Charlotte. I had suggested the Arboretum as a location, but they suggest Marr’s Spring on the campus of The University of Alabama. It was the first time I used that location, but I will definitely be using it again.
I remember the area when I was a student, but it has been vastly renovated and refurbished over the years. It is an incredibly nice looking spot on campus that has a lot of great decor for a portrait session. To top it off, I had another fantastic family to work with during the shoot. All in all, it was a great day, a great location, and a great experience.
